I feel weakness mostly after intercourse. I do not have any known disease except hypertension. My diet is moderate. Even I use vitamins as well. Feel lethargy over all
Alright, let's dive into what you're dealing with. Your concerns are pretty common, and there's quite a bit we can explore through Ayurveda to help you. First off, about your concern with timing during intercourse, we look at this in Ayurveda as a sign of imbalanced vata dosha – specifically a wear down in your shukra dhatu, which is related to reproductive tissues. Now, that's a handful, but here's how this connects: excess vata can lead to quick ejaculation and feelings of weakness. To tackle this, nourishing your shukra dhatu is paramount. Start with adding more ghee and milk into your diet. Both are considered ojas-enhancing foods – they help you build energy reserves and vitality. Drinking a glass of warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg and saffron at night could be helpful. Dates and almonds are great too, soak them overnight and eat them in the morning. It's also about making sure you're not skipping meals or having erratic eating patterns; consistency is key in balancing your dosha. Also, something like Ashwagandha, known for its rejuvenating and strength-building properties, can become a good friend here. A daily dose of Ashwagandha powder mixed with warm milk could stabilize and build your stamina over time. Ayurvedic herbs like Shatavari and Kaunch Beej also offer support in nourishing deeper reproductive tissues. Let’s get onto a topic not to ignore, your seminal fluid’s thinness, it relates to shukra again. Keeping hydrated is a start point; drink warm herbal teas like fenugreek or cumin-infused water to maintain fluid balance. Now, lifestyle's a biggie too – ensure you’re getting good sleep because rest is a restorative process for shukra. Practising yoga and pranayama that targets the lower body like Baddha Konasana or the Suryanamaskar helps address the vata in the pelvis region. Consider checking in with a healthcare provider to rule out other underlying stuff, seriously, it's smart to cover all bases. If you're juggling with many stressors, they affect your energy and timing immensely – mental chatter translates bodily. Try meditative practices as a daily habit to ease those mind waves. Navigating through Ayurveda isn't just about eating or taking herbs, it's an embracing of holistic lifestyle; it takes time but potential results can be pretty gratifying.
