I’ve been hearing a lot about vagus nerve stimulation lately, especially as a treatment for depression and anxiety. I’ve been struggling with both for a few years now, and it's been really tough. I’ve tried all kinds of medications and therapy, but nothing seems to give me long-term relief. I started doing some research and found that vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) is being used to treat these conditions in some cases, and I’m curious if this could be an option for me. The idea of having a device implanted sounds a little intimidating, to be honest, so I started looking for natural alternatives, and that's when I came across some info about Ayurveda. I’ve always been interested in natural healing, so I was wondering if there’s an Ayurvedic approach to stimulating the vagus nerve. Does Ayurveda have any herbs or treatments that might help with stimulating the vagus nerve in a way that could help with my symptoms?
