I am just really feeling lost here. Recently, I've been dealing with this persistent joint pain, especially in my knees and elbows, and it’s driving me crazy. A couple of friends suggested that I try Malabar Himasaagara Tailam, saying it’s great for easing joint issues. But like, I have no clue how to use it or if it’s actually gonna help me. Last week, I went to an Ayurveda specialist and they mentioned this oil, saying it’s good for Vata dosha and helps with inflammation. But I can't remember if they said I should apply it directly or mix it with something else. Plus, how often should I apply Malabar Himasaagara Tailam? Every day? My sister said too much might not be good — like, can you have too much of a natural oil? Ugh, it's all so confusing! I’ve tried some other herbal remedies before but ended up with mixed results. Honestly, I just want a simple effective solution. Anyone here had experiences with Malabar Himasaagara Tailam for joint pain? Did it work for you?
