Hi Jiya, Can you tell me if the irritation occurs only during bowel movements, or does it last throughout the day? Is the bleeding bright red, and do you experience any discomfort or swelling around the anus after passing stool? Do you notice any changes in your bowel habits, like constipation or straining? In Ayurveda, piles (or hemorrhoids) are often due to Pitta and Vata imbalances, leading to heat and dryness. I recommend using Triphala for gentle bowel regularity, and applying Anu Taila for soothing the area. Eating high-fiber foods like vegetables and drinking plenty of water can also support healing and reduce strain during bowel movements.
