Namaste,

Based on your symptoms, I am providing an effective Ayurvedic management plan, including medications, dietary guidelines, and lifestyle modifications

### Medications (Rx)
1. Vigomax Tablet – 1 tablet twice daily (1 BD).
2. Chandraprabha Vati – 1 tablet twice daily (1 BD).
3. Kochpaak – 1 teaspoon with warm milk at night.
4. Brahmi Vati – 1 tablet twice daily (1 BD).

### Dietary Recommendations
- Include aphrodisiac (Vrishya) foods like dates, almonds, walnuts, sesame seeds, ghee, and saffron to improve strength and vitality.
- Drink warm milk with Ashwagandha or Shatavari powder at bedtime for enhanced stamina if kochpak is unavailable - Consume fresh fruits like pomegranates, figs, and bananas, which are beneficial for reproductive health.
- Avoid spicy, sour, fried, and processed foods, as they increase Pitta and can lead to weakness.
- Stay hydrated and consume herbal teas (e.g., Shatavari, Gokshura, or Ashwagandha tea).
- Incorporate ghee and butter into your diet to nourish the reproductive tissues (Shukra Dhatu).

### Lifestyle Modifications
- Pranayama & Yoga: Practice Bhramari, Anulom-Vilom, and Ujjayi Pranayama to enhance blood circulation and reduce stress.
- Yoga Asanas: Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Vajrasana, Ashwini Mudra, and Paschimottanasana - Adequate Sleep: Maintain a regular sleep cycle (7-8 hours) and avoid late-night screen exposure.
- Reduce Stress: Engage in meditation and mindful relaxation to manage stress and anxiety.
- Avoid Excessive Stimulants: Limit the consumption of alcohol, smoking, caffeine, and excessive sugar, as they can negatively impact testosterone levels.
Sun Exposure: Spend 15-20 minutes in natural sunlight daily to boost Vitamin D levels, which are crucial for hormonal balance.

Erectile dysfunction and low libido at your age can be quite discomforting, and it’s really important to address this issue holistically. In Ayurveda, these issues could be related to imbalances in Vata and deficiencies in the body’s Shukra Dhatu (reproductive tissue). Let’s take a close look:

Firstly, your semen being watery suggests a depletion of the Shukra Dhatu. Building this up can be achieved through diet, lifestyle, and herbal supports. Focus on consuming foods that are nourishing and grounding. Include wholesome foods like dairy products (milk and ghee), nuts (almonds, walnuts), seeds (flaxseeds), and sweet fruits (mangoes, bananas) in your diet. Having a warm glass of milk with a pinch of nutmeg and saffron before bed can also be beneficial in strengthening the reproductive system.

The knee pain and your body’s overall energy may be related to Vata imbalance. Try incorporating warm sesame oil massages as it’s a wonderful practice to pacify Vata and strengthen ligaments and tissues. Simply warm the oil slightly and massage it gently into your joints daily before having a warm shower.

Ashwagandha and Shatavari are two herbs often used in Ayurveda for strengthening the reproductive system and calming the mind. You can take Ashwagandha as a powder with warm milk, about 1 teaspoon twice daily. Similarly, Shatavari can be taken in the same way, as it nourishes the Shukra Dhatu.

Your mental fatigue and lack of interest may relate to stress or lifestyle. Establish a regular sleep routine, ensuring you are getting 7-8 hours of rest every night. Practicing meditation and yoga specifically for releasing stress could immensely help your mental wellness – try Anulom Vilom (alternate nostril breathing) for just ten minutes daily.

Avoid stimulants like caffeine, nicotine, and excessive screen time, especially before bed, as they may increase Vata. And be sure to stay hydrated, as dehydration can aggeravate imbalances.

Remember, Ayurvedic treatments typically require consistency and patience. If the problem persists, it may be wise to consult someone in person, as they could give personalized prescriptions or advice based on further examination. Be precautious if symptoms worsen and consider seeking immediate professional medical advice if you suspect any severe underlying conditions.
