Based on your description, it sounds like there are a few interconnected issues at play here, but mainly revolving around an imbalance in the vata and pitta doshas according to ayurveda. The symptoms you mentioned such as urinary pain, sporadic ejaculation, and back pain, point to a potential internal imbalance that could be addressed through both lifestyle modifications and specific herbal recommendations. First off, it's important to seek consultation from a qualified healthcare professional, especially since the pain in your penis and the urinary discomfort could be symptomatic of an infection or another condition that requires immediate attention. This is particularly important given the severity and duration of your symptoms. Don't delay getting a professional evaluation! Now, from an ayurvedic perspective, we could explore several paths. Begin by avoiding any stimulative media or activities that can provoke these symptoms. Sexual stimulation seems to trigger these issues for you, indicating a need to regulate the heat and energy flow (pitta) in your body. Also, incorporate cooling and calming practices into your daily routine. Try meditation or yoga, focusing on exercises that balance the body's energies with poses like bhujangasana (cobra pose) and marjariasana (cat-cow stretch). Enhancing digestive power (agni) is key too. Avoid spicy or overly acidic foods, and opt for more bland and cooling items like cucumber, coconut water, and dairy products in moderation. Stay hydrated, but limit caffeine and alcohol, which can exacerbate your symptoms. You may find herbs like ashwagandha and gokshura (tribulus terrestris) beneficial. Take these under the guidance of a qualified practitioner. Both help in balancing the body's energy and in supporting reproductive health. Ashwagandha revitalizes and nourishes the nervous system while Gokshura can help in rejuvenating. And as a practical tip—reduce frequent masturbation, since this over-activity can lead to further depletion. Ensure you are getting adequate rest and maintaining a regular sleep schedule. Lastly, managing stress is vital; engage in regular activities that relax and ground you. Addressing these holistic lifestyle factors can make a notable difference, but do remember to consult with healthcare professional urgently.
