Medha vati- 1 tab twice daily after food with lukewarm water Ashwagandha capsule- once daily Saraswathi aristha- 2 tsp with equal quantity of water twice daily after food Neck and upper limb weakness might be due nerve compression so I suggest once to do mri c spine

Depression aur anxiety k liye, mai Ayurveda se kuch strategies suggest krta hun jo apko madad karskti hain. Sabse pahle, zaruri hai ke apne stress ko manage krne k liye din mein thodi der ke liye meditation ko routine mein shamil krein. Yeh practice vata dosha ko balance karne mein madadgar ho sakti hai, jo anxiety ki ek wajah ban sakti hai. Saath hi, din mein 10-15 minute ashwagandha churna lein, yeh aapko sharirik aur mansik taur pe energize kr sakta hai aur depression symptoms ko reduce karne mein madad kar sakta hai.

Diet ko bhi nazarandaz mat karein; aapko koshish karni chahiye ke taja sabziyan, fruits aur nuts ko apne daily diet mein shamil karein. Ye sarir ki agni ko majboot banata hai aur man ko santulan mein rakhti hai. Ghar ka khana khayein aur processed foods aur caffeine se bachein jisse anxiety badh sakti hai.
