you are experiencing anxiety and panic attacks. So the main cause of your problem is it. Tell me - Are you currently taking any medication for anxiety ? In Ayurveda, anxiety is treatable, but as a physically consultation with an Ayurvedic physician is important for proper diagnosis and counseling. Shirodhara a ayurvedic therapy can be highly effective in managing anxiety, along with other Ayurvedic treatments. So I strongly recommend visiting a nearby Ayurveda center for a detailed evaluation and personalized treatment plan.

What you're experiencing, such as hearing beeping or even crowd-like voices, especially when your environment is quiet, could potentially be a condition known as tinnitus. Tinnitus is perceived sound within the ears when there is no external sound, often described as ringing, buzzing, or beeping. While tinnitus itself isn't usually harmful, it can be linked to underlying conditions that may require attention. Your anxiety and panic attacks, along with the visual hallucinations while sleeping, suggest there might be more going on neurologically or psychologically. Stress and anxiety can indeed exacerbate tinnitus because they heighten bodily awareness, and sometimes they manifest in unusual auditory or visual sensations. It's crucial to first address the anxiety and panic attacks which could be amplifying these experiences. From an Ayurvedic perspective, tinnitus might indicate a vata dosha imbalance. To help stabilize vata, you might consider warm oil massages, using sesame oil, which can be calming. Abhyanga, self-massage, can be performed in the morning before bathing. Try adding grounding foods to your diet - warm, cooked meals with spices like ginger and turmeric which are vata-pacifying. Practicing consistent routines, like going to bed and waking up at the same time every day, can also be balancing. For dealing with anxiety and visual disturbances, meditation and pranayama exercises such as nadi shodhana — alternate nostril breathing — can be beneficial. Allocate time daily to practice breathing exercises to normalize the restlessness. If your hallucinations are distressing or affecting your daily function, it's essential to consult a healthcare professional. This way you can rule out any underlying conditions or receive a tailored treatment plan. While Ayurveda can provide supportive care, for symptoms like hallucinations, it's best combined with medical evaluation.
