Mujhe breathing difficulties hota hai. Doctor acidity ki medicine omeprazole dete hai aur clonazepam , sertraline, tot h dete hai ise lene ke baad aaram ho jata hai lekin chhodne ke baad phir se problem start ho jaati hai. Doctor bola hal stress mat lo.

Hello. Aap thoda Diet Follow karo usme tur dal, achar, papad, gehu ki roti aur tea band Karo. Usaki jagah moong dal, green vegetables, black tea, jwar bajara roti ye khaneme chalu kijiye . Use alava milk or milk products band kijiye . Aur breathing exercise jaise abdominal breathing, anulom vilom kijiye

Hello. Stop spicy, fermented , oily, stale foods. Avoid eating late foods. So regular yoga qnd meditation. Tab Mentat 2 tabs 2 times a day. Rasayan churna 1/2 tsp before food 2 timwa a day. Syrp Amlapitta mishran 2 tsp 3 times a day after foods. Tab kamduddha 2 tabs 2 times a day aftet foods.
