I have been having digestive problems for a long time, for about 30 years. One day it is good, another day it is hard, and another day it is loose. The stomach is never clear. When I have digestive problems, I have headaches, fatigue, bad mood, difficulty concentrating at work, loss of memory, etc. I can't remember what happened a minute ago.
