When dealing with ankylosing spondylitis and the back pain that comes with it, there are a few key aspects we can consider through an Ayurvedic perspective. According to Ayurveda, stiffness and joint pain are often associated with an imbalance of Vata dosha, which governs movement and nerve impulses.

Address vitamin D deficiency first, as it’s crucial for bone health. While supplements can help, it’s essential to get exposure to early morning sunlight, ideally around 20-30 minutes daily. This natural method supports the body’s ability to synthesize vitamin D. Connect this with a diet including vitamin D-rich foods like mushrooms, fortified dairy, and oily fish, if those are within your dietary preference.

Given the increased CRP, inflammation is a concern. Curcumin, found in turmeric, is potent in tackling inflammation. Consider taking turmeric with a pinch of black pepper to improve absorption, either as a spice in food, or as a capsule supplement, under your healthcare provider’s guidance.

Considering hemoglobin levels, incorporate iron-rich foods in your diet, such as leafy greens, jaggery, and beets. Ayurvedic texts recommend a preparation called Lohasava or Punarnavadi Mandura, conditions allowing. Always consult with a practitioner before starting new herbal remedies to ensure they fit well within your current regimen.

Exercise plays a pivotal part; however, choose gentle activities like yoga that support flexibility without strenuous impact on joints. Poses like Tadasana and Setu Bandhasana may be beneficial.

For ED and premature ejaculation, it’s essential to bolster your ojas (vital energy) and Shukra dhatu (reproductive tissue) with Ashwagandha and Shatavari, both known for their rejuvenating properties. Again, check with your practitioner to tailor is needs to your constitution.

Monitor symptoms ensure everything is improving, and don’t hesitate to seek medical attention if symptoms persist. Balancing, diet, lifestyle, and practical Ayurvedic remedies can help steer your path towards increased well-being.
