Based on your condition, it is strongly recommended that you consult with a concerned specialist. I advise you to consider intermittent fasting under the supervision of an ayurveda doctor . Additionally, certain Rasayana Chikitsa therapies may help rejuvenate healthy cells and potentially reduce tumor cell activity. For more kindly visit nearby ayurveda center

Addressing a 7cm brain tumor, particularly a meningioma, requires careful consideration of conventional medical interventions due to its size and location. Immediate consultation with a specialist is paramount. While Ayurveda provides holistic insights, it should be complementary, not a substitute for necessary medical procedures. In the realm of Ayurveda, supporting overall body health, maintaining balance and stress reduction is essential. Focus on dietary and lifestyle adjustments that align with a kapha-pacifying protocol, as meningiomas often correlate with kapha dosha, manifesting as growths. Reduce heavy, oily, and overly sweet foods, instead opting for light, spicy, and astringent tastes to balance kapha. Integrate spices like turmeric, which is anti-inflammatory and aids in immune support, again though, the effects are subtle and long-term rather than immediate. Prioritizing a robust digestive fire (agni) supports the body in processing nutrients and eliminating wastes effectively. Consider utilizing triphala—an ancient ayurvedic formula known for its detoxifying properties—to maintain bowel regularity and purification. A teaspoon in warm water before bed can gently aid digestion. Stress management is crucial, as stress can significantly impact tumor growth and general health. Practice pranayama (breath control exercises) and meditation daily to reduce stress levels, promote clarity, and enhance mental focus. The practice of Yogic Nidra—a deep relaxation technique—can also be beneficial. Integrating daily yoga practice, focusing on gentle and supportive poses that enhance circulation and reduce tension might contribute to overall well-being. Poses like Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand) need supervision to ensure no undue pressure is placed on the head or neck. Always consult with a Ayurvedic Practitioner in collaboration with your medical team to carefully tailor these practices to your specific needs, ensuring safety and efficacy.
