Aapki takleef ko samajhna zaroori hai taki sahi tarkeeb di ja sake. Stool pas hone mein takleef, jisko aap tang kharra ka stool keh rahe hain, ye constipation ya aaj jata pattlapan ki nishani ho sakti hai. Es ke sath hi swelling aur dard bhi hona kisi internal issue ka ishaara deta hai.

Aapko kuch Ayurvedic tareeqe batata hoon jo aapke liye madadgar ho sakte hain:

1. Triphala Churna: Subah aur raat ko ek chamach garam pani ke sath lein. Ye aapke digestion ko behtar karega aur bowel movements ko regulate karega.

2. Garm pani ka istemal: Din mein kai dafa nimbu aur shehad milake garm pani peene ki aadat daalein. Ye aapke digestive fire, yani agni ko sudharega aur waste elimination mein madad karei ga.

3. Diet plan: Aapki dieet mein fresh fruits, vegetables aur high-fiber foods shamil karo. Atakne wale, processed ya junk food se parhez karein.

4. Ghar ke nuske: Har din raat k samay ek chamach ghee lene se internal lubrication barti hai jo ki stool elimination mein madad karti hai. Flax seeds ka bhi istimaal karein, ye bhi digestion ke liye acha hai.

5. Daily exercise: Har din 20-30 minute ki walk ya kisi bhi kind of physical exercise digestion improve karne mein efficient hai. Light yoga ya Pranayam bhi helpful ho sakti hai.

6. Hydration: Aapko din mein kaafi pani peena chahiye taki body se toxins flush ho sakein.

Aapki food swallowing ki takleef esophageal issue ho sakta hai, lekin diabetes bhi sahyatak ban sakta hai. Regular check-ups karte rahiye. Agar pain zyada badh jaye ya koi aur major issue lage jaise ki bleeding, to doctor se turanth salah karein.
