Ye aapke digestion ko behtar karega aur bowel movements ko regulate karega. 2. **Garm pani ka istemal**: Din mein kai dafa nimbu aur shehad milake garm pani peene ki aadat daalein. Ye aapke digestive fire, yani agni ko sudharega aur waste elimination mein madad karei ga. 3. **Diet plan**: Aapki dieet mein fresh fruits, vegetables aur high-fiber foods shamil karo.
