Pre maturity ejaculation - #20567

I can't intercourse more than 1 min now. Can't get strength in my penis. 2nd time not possible now. Others problems : আসসালামু আলাইকুম, স্যার। আমার ইদানিং মনে হচ্ছে আমার মূত্রধারণ ক্ষমতা অনেক কমে গেছে। সাধারণত ২-৩ ঘন্টা পর প্রস্রাব করতে হতো। এখন কোন কোন সময় এক ঘন্টা, আধা ঘন্টা, কয়েক মিনিট পর বেগ আসে। এতে অস্বস্তি কাজ করে। প্রসাব করার পর মনে হয় আবার প্রসাব হবে। কিন্তু ক্লিয়ার হয় না। প্রসাবের স্পিড অনেক কমে গেছে। কোথ দিয়ে প্রসাব করতে হয়। পানি খাওয়ার কিছুক্ষণের মধ্যে ২-৩ বার প্রস্রাব করতে হয়। তলপেটে সব সময় প্রসাবের চাপ থাকে। PVR অনেক বেশি। Penis এরিয়া প্রায় সব সময় গরম থাকে। বাম পাশের অন্ডকোষের রগগুলো জড়ানো, দলা পাকানোর মত থাকে, যা ডান পাশে নেই, ডান পাশে স্বাভাবিক অবস্থায় আছে। -সাহাবুল হক, ঢাকা। 01714525834
