RX-- cologrit=1-1 tab empty stomach twice daily Chitrakadi vati Arogyawardni vati Udramirit vati=2-0-2 tab after meal afy brekfast and dinner twice daily.. Avoid lactose beverages such as milk/paneer/sweets Avoid glution such as roti Take buttermilk/ normal curd Barley roti ....take proper sleep you get rid of it
