Thyroid and weight problem - #20971

I have hypothyroid and I am overweight, my weight is stuck. I want to remove thyroid permanently and also want to loose weight permanently. Please suggest what I do. Which food or exercise will help me to do the same. Please suggest 🙏

Consume Triphala at night in warm water to aid in digestion and detoxification. Bhringaraja and Punarnava herbs can be employed to manage Kapha and improve metabolism, though its best to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner for correct dosages.

Remember, managing hypothyroidism is a journey. Identification and consistent application of appropriate strategies aren’t just about weight or fitness, but holistic well-being.
