I am dealing with some serious digestive issues and constantly feeling bloated, and I’ve tried a lot of things. My friend mentioned Malabar Balaguloochyadi Kashayam and said it helped him a ton with similar problems, but I’m kinda lost here. Like, I dont even know if this is right for me or where to start.
