It sounds like you're experiencing several interconnected symptoms that could be approached holistically through Ayurveda. Let's break down the main concerns you're facing. First, the discomfort and pain you're feeling on the left side from chest to back, along with the burning sensation in your left palm and foot, might indicate an imbalance of the Vata and Pitta doshas. Vata governs movement and is often linked to issues like pain and stiffness, while Pitta can relate to burning sensations. To pacify these doshas, you could consider a few steps: For the Vata imbalance, which might be contributing to dizziness, grounding and nourishing Ayurvedic practices can help. Focus on a Vata-pacifying diet, which includes warm, cooked foods with healthy fats—in particular, ghee can be highly beneficial. Try incorporating foods that are sweet, sour, and salty in taste to mitigate the air and ether elements of Vata. Your stool consistency suggests a possible issue with hydration and Agni (digestive fire). Try drinking warm water throughout the day and consuming cooked vegetables and oily foods that can soften and lubricate the digestive tract. Herbs such as Triphala can be effective in promoting healthy digestion and regulating bowel movements. You mentioned frequent urination, which has improved with physical activity, yet it's still important to maintain this routine. Exercise can stabilize Vata and help release any accumulated stress that may exacerbate your symptoms. For the burning sensations, cooling and Pitta-pacifying practices can be useful. Aloe vera juice in the morning can have a soothing effect, and applying coconut oil on the affected areas might provide relief. Avoid spicy, sour, pungent foods that can elevate Pitta. If dizziness persists, or if any symptoms intensify, it's crucial to consult a medical professional to rule out any more serious underlying conditions. Ayurveda should complement, not replace, necessary medical evaluation or treatment. Always ensure regular medical check-ups to monitor your condition closely.
