I have problem of acidity that was cause a problem of loose motion sometime due to more acid reflux. What is the reason of that and give me solution also for this I have this problem from last year bt can't get the proper solution

Avoid milk ,but you can take buttermilk with pinch of asafoetida black salt and roasted jeera powder after lunch daily. Avoid wheat and wheat products. Instead include millets in your diet.
