Aapke halat ko samjhne ke liye, sugandhi phobia ke alawa dinacharya aur manasik swasthya ko bhi madhya nazar rakhenge. Pehle ayurveda ke matabik, yeh sambhav hai ki vata dosha ki asamanta is vavahar ke pichhe ho sakti hain. Vata dosha ke santulan ke liye, ghre par ghrahit ghrit (ghee) se massage karna. Din mein do baar sesame tail se abhyanga (massage) kare. Ye bheed bhao aur vichar adhik hone se shanti layenge.
Lavender ya jasmine tail ki kuch bunde apne nahane ke pani mein milayen. Inhe apni breathing ke saath accumulated 5-10 minute talak vishram ke liye istemal karen. Yeh aroma therapy apke man ko stabil karne mein madadgar ho sakta hai.
Doosra upaye pranayama aur meditation ko apni dincharaya mein shamil karna. Kapaalbhati aur Anulom-Vilom pranayam din mein do baar, subah aur shaam karen. Shant manastiti ke liye dhyan ke 10-15 minute din mein.
Meer diet bhi mahttavpurn hai. Vatakarne wale khane se door rahen aur vaisay ko prefer kare jo agar codla aur garam hota hai jaise khichdi, dahi, sabji vagaira. Daarjeeling chai ki jagah herbal chai, jaise chamomile ya tulsi chai, piye.
Agar yeh sabsh raho se kuch fark na padhen to, samay hai ki koi psychologist ya counselor se sampark karein. Yeh jaruri hai samjhne ke liye agar yeh ocd/sambhawit pareshani ki chinhaare hain jisse aur experimental samay lag sakte hain. Ayurvedic dawaiyon se, ashwagandha aur brahmi ki lohe 505 mg din mein do baar le sakte hain. Inse aapko shanti aur saantulan mil sakta hai.
Yaad rahe, agar LIVE me koi majboorik kari pratha REPEAT ho rahi hai ya routine jiske karan zindagi mein disaanatikam ho jata hai, tab samay hai kisi kanya naphe LSSY EMBLEHI proz uthav.
Overthinking or engaging in repeated actions such as lengthy bathing and washing clothes excessively can be related to imbalances within the mind and body. In Siddha-Ayurveda, this can often be linked to an imbalance in the vata dosha, which is responsible for movement and activity in the body and mind. Addressing this imbalance is vital to bring more calm and stability.
First, try to establish a routine, which is fundamental for balancing vata. Wake up and go to bed at the same time every day, and make sure to get enough sleep, as lack of restful sleep tends to exacerbate vata issues. Include warm, nourishing foods in your diet; prefer freshly cooked meals with ghee, lentils, rice, and root vegetables - they are grounding and soothing.
Incorporate calming practices like yoga or pranayama (breathing exercises) into your daily routines, which are particularly effective in calming an overactive mind. Start with simple breathing exercises each morning or evening, like deep belly breathing for 5–10 minutes, focusing on slow and balanced breaths.
Herbal oils such as sesame or ashwagandha oil are excellent for abhyanga (self-massage), which can be done before your shower to soothe the nerves and reduce anxiety. Massage the oil gently into your skin and let it sit for about 15 minutes before bathing; this helps pacify vata dosha.
If these changes don’t lead to any noticeable improvement, or if the problem worsens, consult an Ayurvedic practitioner or mental health professional who can provide personalized care and guidance. It’s important to address these behaviors to improve your quality of life.
