Consultations online ain’t easy at first—no pulse reading, no direct Nadi check—but you learn to ask the right things, look at patient’s tone, habit patterns, timing of symptoms... and yeah it actually works, sometimes even better than in person. Right now I’m working as an Ayurveda consultant at Digvijayam Clinic where I’m focusing more on individualised care. Most ppl come here with stress-related problems, digestion issues, joint pain, that kind of mix. I go by classic diagnosis principles like prakriti analysis, dosha imbalance and all, but also mix in what I learned from modern side—like understanding their lifestyle triggers, screen time, sleep cycles, food gaps n stress patterns. I don’t rush into panchakarma or heavy medicines unless it’s needed... prefer starting with simple herbs, diet change, basic daily routine correction. If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that. First of all avoid sweet, sour,salty food,guru ahar(heavy to digest),oily and fried food etc.

Ans start taking these medications, 1.Syrup M2 tone 2tsf twice in a day with Lukewarm water. 2.shatavari choorna 1tsf B.d.with lukewarm milk. 3.Rajahpravartni vati 1-1-1 4.Ashokarishta 20ml with equal amount of Lukewarm water just after having meal twice in a day. 5.Kanchnaar guggulu 2-0-2 for chewing.

*Take 1tsf of powder of large fennel seeds with lukewarm water empty stomach once in a day.

*Along with these medications include Meditation, pranayam, yoga in your daily routine.

PCOD doesn’t mean your body is damaged or that you won’t have regular periods or fertility in the future. Sometimes cycles stop temporarily because of Ama (undigested toxins), stress, or other medicines, but this is reversible. With gentle detoxification, proper nourishment, and herbal support, your body can regain balance naturally. You’re young, your ovaries are responsive, and with consistent care including diet, lifestyle, and Ayurveda your periods can become regular again. There’s no need to panic; it just takes patience and steady follow-through, and your body will respond gradually. You’re not alone, and this can absolutely improve.

The goal now is to first improve digestion and detoxify (Ama Pachana), then provide proper nourishment and hormonal support (Snehapana & internal medicines) to naturally regulate cycles.

SAFETY OF “KRISHNA’S SHE CARE JUICE” -This is an Ayurvedic/herbal formulation marketed for women’s hormonal health -Ingridients usually include Aloe vera, lodhra, Ashoka, shatavari, dashmoola, nagkeshar, trikatu, triphala etc -these herbs are traditionally used in Ayurveda for menstrual regulation, reducing pelvic congestion, and balancing hormones -Safety= general considered safe if taken in recommended doses but =quality varies by brand =possible side effects= gastric upset, loose stools, or allergic reaction -should be avoided in pregnancy -if you have liver/kidney problems, consult before use

So yes, it can be used as supportive therapy, but it’s not a substitute for medical PCOD management.

Since you periods stopped after taking another medicine, this may be drug-induced amenorrhea, or worsening PCOD

PCOD means that your ovaries are not working normally. Instead of releasing one healthy egg every month, your ovaries are producing many small immature eggs that stay inside and form small fluid- filled sacs or cysts

Think of your body as a system of hormones that must stay in balance.

IN PCOD -the body makes too many male hormones which women also have in small amounts - this stops ovulation, causing irregular or no periods -it also affect insulin, a hormone that controls blood sugar. If insulin is not working properly(insulin resistance), it makes the body gain weight and worsens pcod.

In Ayurveda, PCOD is caused by an imbalance in the kapha and vata doshas, leading to -ama(toxins) blocking the channels in your ovaries -slow metabolism(poor digestion- weak agni) - hormonal irregularities - stress(aggravates vata) adding to iiregularity

Include millets , juicy sweet fruits and green vegetables in ur diet. Panchakatma like Basti and if needed detoxification will be needed under ayurvedic.
