I am really struggling lately with my digestion issues and it feels like it’s never gonna end. Seems like no matter what I eat, I can’t escape that bloating and discomfort. I was talking to my friend who swears by this product called Himalaya Talekt Tablets. She said it really helped her with similar problems. I mean, I’m open to trying anything at this point, but I’m a bit confused about how it works. Last week, I actually went to get some tests done because the bloating has gotten really bad, like sometimes it even feels like food just sits in my stomach forever. The doctor didn't find anything seriously wrong, but they hinted I might need to pay attention to my gut health. How do these Himalaya Talekt Tablets fit into that? Should I take them daily or just when I have these bloating episodes?
