I’ve been practicing in this space for couple of years now—don’t remember the exact month, maybe two or three year back? but anyway, what matters is I’ve seen how many of these problems get ignored till they turn serious. That’s something I feel strongly about. My goal is to help women understand their symptoms early and explain how Ayurveda can help gently but properly, whether it’s hormonal stuff or pain or cycle issues. I use classic Ayurvedic concepts like dosha analysis, ritucharya, n yoni vyapad chikitsa wherever it fits, but sometimes modern lifestyle really needs to be factored in too. Like if someone working night shift, no point telling them to wake up at 5am and do abhyanga daily—it won’t work. I’m practical about it. Anyway, I try my best to create a space where women feel heard. Lot of them said nobody actually explained them what’s going on before. And that’s like the saddest part. I feel my biggest strength is really just listening n tailoring the treatment to her routine, diet n stress pattern. Some cases are harder of course... things don’t always go fast, esp when it’s been neglected for yrs. But then Ayurveda’s not magic. It takes a little time—but results feel real n lasting when done right.

Pathya - drink as much as water as u can, have coconut water daily atleast once, drink saunf water in the morning.

Wash the vaginal area with, triphala water, sphatika powder or u can take small piece of fitkari.

I understand how distressing constant burning, pain, and stress from a urinary tract infection (UTI) can be. Persistent symptoms despite antibiotics usually indicate that either the infection is not fully cleared, there is residual inflammation, or there may be some imbalance in your urinary tract’s natural defenses. Ayurveda focuses on removing toxins (Ama), strengthening the urinary tract, and balancing the body’s systems so infections are less likely to recur.

Treatment Plan: 1. Amapachana (Detoxification for 3–5 days): Drink warm water frequently to flush out toxins. Take Chitrakadi Vati 250 mg, 2 tablets, twice daily after meals with warm water. This helps improve digestion and reduce Ama that may be contributing to recurrent infections.

2. Internal Medications (From Day 4–5 onwards):

Pashanbhedi Ghanvati – 2 tablets, twice daily after meals. Helps dissolve urinary sediments and reduces burning sensation.

Varunadi Kashayam – 40 ml, twice daily before meals. Strengthens urinary tract and clears infection.

Drink plenty of warm water and herbal teas like coriander or cumin water. Avoid spicy, oily, and very sugary foods as they can aggravate urinary discomfort. Urinate frequently; don’t hold urine. Maintain hygiene, especially genital hygiene.

Investigations (if symptoms persist beyond 1 week): Urine culture and sensitivity test to ensure the exact bacteria and correct treatment. Ultrasound of kidneys and bladder to rule out stones or structural issues.

How is your bowel movement? Any constipation? Sleep quality and appetite?

Right now I’m working as an Ayurveda consultant at Digvijayam Clinic where I’m focusing more on individualised care. Most ppl come here with stress-related problems, digestion issues, joint pain, that kind of mix. I go by classic diagnosis principles like prakriti analysis, dosha imbalance and all, but also mix in what I learned from modern side—like understanding their lifestyle triggers, screen time, sleep cycles, food gaps n stress patterns. I don’t rush into panchakarma or heavy medicines unless it’s needed... prefer starting with simple herbs, diet change, basic daily routine correction. If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that. That awareness kinda becomes half the cure already. Not everything is perfect. Sometimes ppl don’t follow what you say, sometimes results are slow, and yeah that gets to you. But this path feels honest. It’s slow, grounded, and meaningful.

I still rely deeply on classical tools — *Nadi Pariksha*, *Roga-Rogi Pariksha*, proper *prakriti-vikriti* mapping — not just ticking symptoms into a list. I don’t believe in ready-made cures or generic charts. Diagnosis needs attention. I look at how the disease behaves *inside* that specific person, which doshas are triggering what, and where the imbalance actually started (hint: it’s usually not where the pain is). Over the years I’ve worked with pretty much all age groups and all kinds of health challenges — from digestive upsets & fevers to chronic, autoimmune, hormonal, metabolic and degenerative disorders. I don’t rush into giving churnas or kashayams just bcz the texts say so...
