Doctors’ responses

Given the information you've provided, it seems like there's a mix of factors here that could be contributing to your chronic inflammation and other concerns. Ayurveda, with its holistic view on health, would advise a multifaceted approach to addressing these issues. Firstly, chronic inflammation often relates to an imbalance in the body's doshas, particularly Pitta. To help reduce inflammation, focus on a diet that pacifies Pitta, incorporating cooling, soothing foods such as cucumber, coconut water, and leafy greens. Avoid spicy, oily, and excessively salty foods that could aggravate Pitta. For hair loss, you might consider incorporating amalaki (Indian gooseberry) or bhringraj supplements, known in Ayurveda for supporting healthy hair growth. You can also try a nourishing scalp massage with Bhringraj or coconut oil thrice a week to boost circulation and strengthen hair follicles. Addressing bloating and digestive concerns, focus on stimulating Agni, the digestive fire, by consuming spices like ginger, fennel, and cumin. Drinking warm water infused with freshly grated ginger can support digestion when taken before meals. You mentioned you're taking Varunadi Kashayam for weight management; this is good for Kapha-related issues but might need balancing with something like Hingwashtak Churna or Triphala at night to alleviate bloating effectively. Dust and insect allergies can trigger inflammatory responses as well. Practicing Pranayama like Anulom Vilom (alternate nostril breathing) might help in strengthening your respiratory system. Further, a daily practice of Neti (nasal cleansing) with saline water can help clear nasal pathways, reducing allergic responses. Remember, consistency and patience are crucial in Ayurveda. Although natural remedies are effective, they can take time to show results. It is essential to continue following your doctor’s advice and regularly update them on any changes you notice, so they can adjust your treatment plan as necessary.
