I am struggling with some serious digestive issues lately, and I wanted to share my experience and hopefully get some insights from you all. So, a few months ago I started feeling this uncomfortable bloating after meals, no matter what I ate. It’s like my stomach deicded it hates every form of food🤷‍♂️. I’ve tried changing my diet, eating smaller portions, and even eliminating certain foods but that didn’t really help much. A friend recommended lohasava syrup and swears by it, saying it helps with digestion, but I was skeptical at first. I mean, how can a syrup fix my stomach woes? However, after doing some research, I learned that lohasava syrup is an Ayurvedic formulation used for enhancing digestion and metabolism. So I thought, why not give it a shot, right? I’ve been taking it for about a week now, and honestly, I’m not quite sure if it's working or if it’s just in my head. Some days I feel a tad bit better, but other days I feel the same old bloating. Is lohasava syrup supposed to work that quickly? I was hoping for a miracle here! Have any of you experienced similar results? Also, I’ve read that this syrup has multiple ingredients... and they’re all natural which is a plus! But I’m kinda wondering, is there any specific way you should take lohasava syrup? Like, is there a time of day that's better or should I mix it with something? Also, what’s the ideal dosage? I noticed the bottle has it written but I’m not sure if I should just follow that to the letter or adjust it based on how I feel. Lastly, I am a bit worried about possible side effects. I mean, it’s herbal and all but every natural remedy can have its cons, right? Anyone here experienced any side effects or just an unusual reaction after taking lohasava? I just want my tummy to be happy and normal again, so any advice or stories about lohasava syrup would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks in advance for help!
