I am really curious about this whole thing with ashwa shilajit! Lately, I've been feeling super drained and low on energy, right? So, I started searching for natural ways to boost my stamina, and I kept coming across this ashwa shilajit stuff. I've read that it has a lot of benefits, like helping with energy levels and overall health, but I just don’t know where to start. A friend mentioned using ashwa shilajit can really boost your energy, and I was like, 'Hmm, maybe that's what I need!' I tried some other supplements before but nothing seemed to work for me. Has anyone actually experienced a change in their energy or health after using ashwa shilajit? Like, what did it feel like, any specific symptoms go away or anything? Also, how do you recomond taking it? Do you take it with food or by itself? I just want to understand how to use it right and if it's really worth it. Plus, I'm kinda worried, are there any side effects I should know about or any interactions with other stuff? My health has never been the best, so just trying to make sure I'm not being reckless, right? I really wanna feel better and if ashwa shilajit can help, that would be amazing!
