Can Ayurveda assist in managing GERD symptoms effectively? - #22012

Anonymous

I am struggling with GERD, which I’ve had for a while now. It’s really bothersome, ya know? Like, burning throat, acid regurgitation, and just the feeling that something’s always stuck in my chest. I’ve tried some lifestyle changes, but honestly, my hopes were high that natural treatments would work better. I heard that GERD ayurveda could maybe provide some real relief, but I don't know if it will actually help or if it’s just another thing to add to my list of more failed attempts. I read online about some people who found it super beneficial, but others said it didn’t make a difference. I’ve been stuck in this cycle of medication that gives temporary relief but feels so harmful in the long run! I just don’t know. Like, are there really effective Ayurvedic remedies for GERD that have worked for others? What should I focus on diet-wise? Should I be looking into certain herbs or treatments? If anyone has experience with this and could share their journey or insights on GERD ayurveda, I would sooo appreciate it! It’s really frustrating and I’m starting to feel hopeless… thanks in advance!!
