I am really starting to feel overwhelmed with everything in my life, and I've heard a lot about how ashwagandha shilajit together can be beneficial. So, here's my story: last few months have been crazy, work has been stressful, family stuff going on, and to top it off, I’ve been struggling with anxiety and low energy levels. I keep hearing my friends talk about ashwagandha and shilajit, and how they used ashwagandha shilajit together to feel calmer and more focused, and honestly, I’m so curious! Just a few days ago, I decided to search more about them and looks like they have good backing in Ayurvedic practices. But is it really a good idea to mix them or is it too much for my body? I’ve noticed when I wake up, I feel tired like I didn’t sleep at all. The idea of trying ashwagandha shilajit together feels kinda promising, but I don't know if they interact in any weird way. Could that even help with my energy? I mean, I drink coffee, but it's like it's not helping like it used to. Would it be better if I just focus on taking one of them rather than both?
