Fluctuating TSH levels and autoimmune thyroid issues can indeed make conception challenging, as stable thyroid function is crucial for fertility and overall health during pregnancy. Your situation might be compounded with your history of uterus septal resection and sero-negative rheumatoid arthritis, both of which may affect your body's immune responses. In Ayurveda, we focus on balancing the doshas and maintaining a strong agni (digestive fire), which are essential for reproductive health. Your description suggests an imbalance, possibly in vata and pitta, which typically relates to autoimmune conditions. Addressing these imbalances might help stabilize your system and enhance your fertility naturally. Start by incorporating warm, nurturing foods into your diet - think of dishes like kitchari, an easily digestible blend of rice and mung beans. Avoid too many raw and cold foods, which might aggravate vata. Use spices like turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to support digestion and boost immunity. Also, consume ghee and incorporate it into your meals, as it balances vata and is good for overall nourishment. Stress management is pivotal. Autoimmune issues are often exacerbated by stress, so practices like yoga and pranayama can help bring calm and balance. Try setting aside some "me time" for gentle yoga or even tai chi, which helps in enhancing circulation and reducing stress. Living an organized lifestyle, with a consistent waking and sleeping schedule, also positively influences hormone balance. Try to sleep and wake up early, which aligns with the natural rhythms of the body. On the side of herbal support, consider Ashwagandha to bolster your immunity, in consultation with a knowledgeable practitioner to ensure it's case-appropriate. Tulsi and Guduchi are also good for boosting immunity, but again, care has to be taken for your unique condition. Given the fluctuation of TSH levels and other symptoms, it is essential to work closely with your regular healthcare provider for monitoring and any necessary medical interventions. If fever persists, it's important to consult a physician promptly, as it could signify an underlying infection or inflammation needing immediate medical attention.
