What are the benefits and uses of a free shaker in Ayurvedic practices? - #22108
I am kinda curious about this free shaker thing – I’ve heard people mention it in relation to Ayurvedic medicine, but I'm not sure what it really is. So, I went to a local Ayurvedic shop to see if I could find one to try out, but they weren’t really helpful in explaining it. I mean, I thought a free shaker was just a kitchen tool, but apparently it can have some sort of significance in health or wellness?? Anyway, lately I've been trying to incorporate more Ayurvedic practices into my life, you know, like eating better and detoxing. I've read that using a free shaker can help with mixing herbal powders or something, which could be super useful since I've got a bunch of them lying around, not knowing how to mix them right. But like, how often should I be using a free shaker? Is it just for drinks or can it be used for other things? I wanna make sure I'm getting the most out of my herbal supplements! Also, I tried using it once, and my mix flew everywhere, haha! So maybe I’m still getting the hang of it. If anyone has tips on the best way to use a free shaker or what to mix in it, that would be awesome! Do I need to follow a specific way or can I just throw in whatever herbs I'm using at the moment? Any insight would be nice, ‘cause I feel a bit lost, haha! Thanks in advance!
