I am really curious about the spiritual properties of sandalwood!! So, I’ve been trying to improve my meditation practice lately, ya know? I've read that the spiritual properties of sandalwood can help with focusing and calming the mind but I’m kinda skeptical. A friend mentioned burning sandalwood incense during meditation, and I've done that, but honestly, I didn’t feel much difference yet! I've also tried using sandalwood oil in my diffuser and it smells sweet, but I wonder if I’m getting the real spiritual benefits or just enjoying the scent ya know? Some people swear by it saying the spiritual properties of sandalwood can elevate your vibe and connect you deeper to your spiritual self. But I haven’t been consistent with my routine, and I guess that could be part of my problem. I sometimes find it hard to sit still and be present, and I think the spiritual properties of sandalwood are supposed to help with that. But is burning it the only way to tap into those benefits? Or can I, like, ingest it somehow or do some rituals with it? I’m all ears for any tips or thoughts on this! Also, would you recommend any specific products or ways to incorporate sandalwood into my daily routine for those spiritual properties?
