I am really trying to understand if punarnavasava syrup benefits are legit or if it’s just another health fad. A friend recommended it to me for my frequent bloating and fatigue. I've been feeling super low energy lately and my digestion’s just been off. I thought it was just stress from work, ya know? But then I heard about punarnavasava syrup and how it’s supposed to help with detoxing and boosting energy levels. So I decided to do some research! I found a couple of studies saying it could be good for the liver too, which is something I worry about since I've had some drinking habits in the past. I’m curious if anyone here has actually experienced punarnavasava syrup benefits? Like, did it actually help with energy or bloating? I’ve read mixed reviews and it looks like some people have good outcomes while others didn't really feel much change at all! I don't want to waste time and money if it’s not gonna work, right? Also wondering how long should I take it before seeing some effects. Any advice would be really helpful!
