From an Ayurvedic perspective, it seems like you're dealing with a vata imbalance, which is often associated with symptoms like trembling, weakness, body aches, and poor digestion. Your reported symptoms such as drowsiness, difficulty with balance, and lethargy additionally suggest a potential disturbance in your kapha dosha. The combination of these imbalances may be contributing to your overall discomfort. First, let's address your diet, as it's crucial in managing dosha imbalances. Since digestion is poor, try incorporating warm, cooked meals that are easy to digest. Consider including kichari, a rice and lentil dish seasoned with ghee and spices like ginger, cumin, and turmeric to help stimulate agni. Avoid raw foods and cold beverages; prefer warm water or herbal teas like ginger or chamomile to support digestion. Massage with warm sesame oil before bathing could help balance vata dosha, alleviate pain and enhance circulation. Gently rub the oil onto the scalp to address the scalp pain. For your backache and limb pain, a warm compress or a heating pad can be soothing, applied for 15-20 minutes at a time. Pranayama practices like alternate nostril breathing may help with calming the nervous system and improve energy levels. For your voice concerns, you may try gargling with warm salted water multiple times a day to soothe the throat. Constant lethargy and sleeping can sometimes indicate underlying issues—please consult a healthcare professional to rule out other potential causes and confirm that your internal organs are functioning optimally. And, despite normal blood sugar levels, frequent urination warrants checking for possible hydration issues. For headaches and ear pain, a few drops of warm sesame oil in your ears could potentially help, though any severe pain or persistent symptoms that don't resolve need medical attention. Lastly, physical rest is essential, but ensure some gentle movement, like a light walk or simple stretching exercises to maintain balance and circulation. Tailor these suggestions to your convenience and consult a doctor if symptoms persist, as hands-on examination might be necessary for a complete evaluation.
