I am really curious about shilajit and what is shilajit used for. I've been feeling super drained lately, like no energy at all, and my friend mentioned this stuff. He swears by it for boosting energy and overall health! I looked into it a bit, and I've seen people say it helps with different things, but I'm still puzzled. Like, what part is true?
