Dr. Manjusha Vikrant Pate
With over 18 years of dedicated Ayurvedic practice, I have focused extensively on treating skin and hair disorders, integrating classical Panchakarma therapies with individualized care. A major aspect of my clinical approach involves Upakarma procedures—supportive therapies within Panchakarma—which I customize based on each patient’s Prakriti (constitutional type). I believe true healing begins when treatments are aligned with the body’s natural balance, and this philosophy guides every aspect of my work. My specialization includes the preparation and use of Ayurvedic formulations that I personally design, including face packs, hair packs, body oils, and facial oils—each one carefully selected and recommended according to the patient’s specific dosha and skin/hair condition. These formulations are result-oriented and rooted in time-tested Ayurvedic principles, ensuring safe, natural, and sustainable outcomes. In my practice, Ayurvedic facials are more than just cosmetic procedures; they are therapeutic treatments tailored to the unique constitution of each individual, aiming to restore inner and outer harmony. By incorporating dosha-based skincare routines and traditional beauty therapies, I help patients achieve visible improvement in conditions like pigmentation, acne, hair fall, and premature aging—without relying on chemical-based solutions. My goal is to blend classical Ayurveda with a practical, patient-focused approach. Whether managing chronic skin concerns, offering customized herbal solutions, or delivering rejuvenative Panchakarma therapies, I ensure each treatment is deeply personalized, holistic, and rooted in authentic Ayurvedic wisdom.

Hello You are having Antral Gastritis so due to that you are suffering from Abdominal pain and Gastric discomfort. Now a days its common problem , seen in youngsters and mid age and old age people It may be due to stress , diet , irregular daily activities and for some people due to alcohol and smoking but you don`t worry , in Ayurveda there is treatment But you have to take medication regularly and you have to take satvik diet for some time . initially you have to go for detoxification of toxins in your body. for that you have to undergo Deepana and Pachana therapy Deepana means stimulating digestion treatment especially for kapha dosha. It is an essential procedure before therapeutic emesis (vamana) and therapeutic purgation (virechana). The best form of food to kindle digestion is foods like fats/oils Pachana :- means digestion, cooking, boiling, baking, softening. In medical treatments, it denotes digestion or promoting digestion. It is an important treatment for indigestion. Later Panchakaram Snehana one of the most important therapies that prepares the body to receive specialized Panchakarma treatment. It involves the application of medicated oils, ghee and herbs to the body internally and externally for three to seven days Swedana helps in detoxification and reestablishing the balance between Vata, Pitta, and Kapha in the body. The sweat glands are one of the sources that eliminate toxins from the body Vamana: Emesis Therapy, involves controlled, medically-induced vomiting. It is aimed to eliminate excess Kapha Dosha in the body which can otherwise trigger a series of ailments like acne, asthma, arthritis, chronic cold and diabetes Virechana:the controlled therapeutic purging for a specific time. The main purpose of this treatment is to remove imbalanced or excess pitta dosha By doing this your body will get Detoxification. you will feel Rejuvenation. Now we will start medication 1]tTriphala churna 1 spoon with 20ml warm water two times a day at (8am-8pm) after meals 2]Ajmodadi Churna half spoon with 10ml warm water two times a day after meals 3]Sukumar Gritha 2 spoon with warm milk two times a day after meals 4]Hinguvastaka Churna half spoon with warm water before Bed time Avoid Oily Spicy Cold foods Drink plenty of water , butter milk , coconut water eEat fruits Avoid sleeping at after noon Avoid eating heavy at night ALL THE BEST . Considering the symptoms of antral gastritis you've been experiencing for the last 6-7 years, such as abdominal pain, gastric discomfort, and upper left back pain, it's important to understand these through the lens of Ayurveda. Antral gastritis typically indicates an imbalance in Pitta dosha, often with elements of Vata discordance as well, which can aggravate the digestive process. The key approach involves balancing these doshas and enhancing agni, or digestive fire. Begin by incorporating a Pitta-pacifying diet consisting of cooling, soothing, and easy-to-digest foods. Favor items like cooked vegetables, whole grains, and fruits like pears and apples. Avoid spicy, fried, and overly sour foods which can aggravate Pitta further. It's also advisable to refrain from caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco to allow healing. Include warm ginger tea, which can be useful to aid in digestion. Sip it 20-30 minutes before meals for the best effect, but take it cautiously if there's already burning sensation. You might also consider mixing half a teaspoon of licorice root powder with honey twice daily, which has soothing properties helpful in reducing inflammation. Regarding lifestyle practices, meal timing plays important role. Eat at consistent hours, ensuring to leave ample time for the stomach to rest between meals. Engage in moderate physical activities, like yoga, focusing on asanas that gently stretch abdomen and back, such as Cat-Cow and Cobra pose. Pranayama, specifically the Anulom-Vilom technique, can promote digestive health by balancing the doshas. If symptoms persist or worsen, consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner may provide you with a personalized treatment plan. In cases where pain is severe or there's unexpected weight loss, it's crucial to reach out for urgent medical evaluation, as it might require immediate attention beyond ayurvedic remedies. Patience is essential since addressing long-standing issues often requires consistent efforts, but with these attentions, you may experience gradual improvements in your overall well-being.

My academic and clinical journey is rooted in classical Ayurvedic surgical wisdom, complemented by a modern understanding of patient care and evidence-based approaches.
