I am a dedicated Ayurveda practitioner with a deep-rooted passion for restoring health through traditional Ayurvedic principles. My clinical approach revolves around understanding the unique constitution (Prakruti) and current imbalance (Vikruti) of each individual. I conduct comprehensive consultations that include Prakruti-Vikruti Pareeksha, tongue examination, and other Ayurvedic diagnostic tools to identify the underlying causes of disease, rather than just addressing symptoms. I believe that healing begins with alignment, and I work closely with my patients to bring the body, mind, and spirit into harmony using personalized, constitution-based interventions. Namaste, 1. How is the appetite? 2. Do you drink enough water? 3. How is the sleep routine? 4. How is the bowel movement? 5. Are you on any medications for any issues? The answers to these questions will help to address the issue more precisely. Till then Please follow the guidelines listed below: 1. Drink luke-warm jeera water/fennel water. 2. Chew your food properly and take time. 3. Let there be a gap of 2 hours between dinner and going to bed. 4. Avoid all processed food; freshly prepared cooked food with low spice is recommended. 5. Do not eat full for any meals. 6. When you have the symptoms sip some cold milk. 7. Eat(chew properly)one raw apple peeled as the first food in the morning. The following medicines will subside the symptoms: 1. Syp.Ulsant-D 1 tsp 3 times a day 30 minutes before food 2. Yashtimadhu milk decoction 45 minutes after apple in the morning Take care. With over 18 years of dedicated Ayurvedic practice, I have focused extensively on treating skin and hair disorders, integrating classical Panchakarma therapies with individualized care. A major aspect of my clinical approach involves Upakarma procedures—supportive therapies within Panchakarma—which I customize based on each patient’s Prakriti (constitutional type). I believe true healing begins when treatments are aligned with the body’s natural balance, and this philosophy guides every aspect of my work. My specialization includes the preparation and use of Ayurvedic formulations that I personally design, including face packs, hair packs, body oils, and facial oils—each one carefully selected and recommended according to the patient’s specific dosha and skin/hair condition. These formulations are result-oriented and rooted in time-tested Ayurvedic principles, ensuring safe, natural, and sustainable outcomes. In my practice, Ayurvedic facials are more than just cosmetic procedures; they are therapeutic treatments tailored to the unique constitution of each individual, aiming to restore inner and outer harmony. By incorporating dosha-based skincare routines and traditional beauty therapies, I help patients achieve visible improvement in conditions like pigmentation, acne, hair fall, and premature aging—without relying on chemical-based solutions. My goal is to blend classical Ayurveda with a practical, patient-focused approach. Whether managing chronic skin concerns, offering customized herbal solutions, or delivering rejuvenative Panchakarma therapies, I ensure each treatment is deeply personalized, holistic, and rooted in authentic Ayurvedic wisdom.

Hi, Some lifestyle modification along with medication will relieve your symptoms. Drink warm water. If possible eat small frequent meals. Don't lie down immediately after taking meals. Took dinner at early. Raise head while sleeping. Avoid spicy and oily foods. Avoid citrus fruits, it may trigger your condition. Include boiled vegetables and steamed fish. 1. Avipathy choornam 1 tsp at night with ghee. 2. Ashtachoornam 1 tsp with butter milk at lunch time as the first bolus of food. I suggest you to take an endoscopy to assess if the gastritis has been progressed or something else is there. Thank you
