Please do CBC, TFT and urine routine. If you are having white discharge just before you are starting your periods or between the 10th-20th day of your cycle donot worry it is normal and should happen. Avoid sleeping late at night, using mobile fone and tablets just before sleeping. This disturbs your body and hence there is no proper secretion of the hormones required by the body leading to a painfull, stressful and lethargic morning. Meditate atleast 15-20 mins every night right before u slp. No using devices after meditation. As much possible sleep early. Also have your dinner early. Eat nuts and fruits in your mid day snacks. Drink cow milk daily. Have good home cooked food. Eat dals. Donot eat raw sprouts. Yogasan: Bhujangasan, Chakrasan, Trikonasan, Tadasan, Vrikshasan, Surya Namaskar. Pranayam: Anulom Vilom, Tratak. (preferable early in the morning. wilm give better results) ChavanPrash Avleham 1 tsp with a cup of milk in the morning. Syp. Dashmoolarishta 2 tsp twice a day before food. Tab. Prasham 3 tabs at bed time with a cup of milk. (discontinue when u get a nice sleep routine all set) Daily lukewarm sesame seed oil massage before yoga. hot water bath after yoga. For cough: Syp. Kanakasav 3 tsp twice a day with luke warm water till cough persist. ORO T gargles (Himalaya) 5-7 ml liquid use directly for gargle. Use on regular bases for atleast 3-4 months so that your cought doesnt pop up again

Feeling constant fatigue and body pain isn't easy; let's explore some Ayurvedic insights to help address these concerns. Ayuveda looks at your prakriti (constitution) and current dosha imbalances to guide remedies. Given your symptoms, it may point towards vitiated Vata and Kapha doshas. To begin, focus on your morning routine: Start with gentle self-massage using warm sesame oil to soothe the body and reduce Vata exacerbations. This practice called "Abhyanga," improves circulation, which can help ease body pain. Dietary changes are crucial. Consume warm, easily digestible foods - like cooked vegetables and whole grains. Avoid cold and heavy meals - they can aggravate Kapha leading to fatigue. Incorporating spices such as ginger and cumin can stimulate agni (digestive fire) helping digest food efficiently and reduce lethargy. For your sleep; create a peaceful routine. Try to sleep at the same time every day, allowing at least 7-8 hours for rest. Before bed, drink warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg or turmeric - known for inducing natural relaxation and sleep. Coughing often hints at Kapha, so include herbs like Tulsi (holy basil) and Pippali (long pepper) in your tea to help expel it. Meanwhile, practicing Pranayama (breathing exercises) strengthens the respiratory system. The presence of white discharge may need further attention. Keep a check on hygiene, wear comfortable cotton clothing, and consider consuming Triphala powder regularly. This Ayurvedic formulation aids digestive health and detoxifying the body. Above all, if these issues persist or worsen, it's essential to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for an in-depth consultation and tailored treatment. Balancing your lifestyle and dietary measures can take time but aim for a gradual shift toward creating harmony in your body's energies.
