Step-by-Step Natural Healing Plan (Ayurvedic + Lifestyle) Morning (on empty stomach): 1 tsp Chyawanprash daily (boosts immunity + energy) Warm water with a pinch of turmeric + ginger juice (clears Kapha, improves digestion) 10 mins sun exposure + deep breathing (Pranayama like Anulom Vilom) Mid-Morning (after breakfast): Ashwagandha + Shatavari powder – ½ tsp each with warm milk or water (Strengthens uterus, improves energy and hormone balance) Afternoon (after lunch): Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet (Improves liver detox, reduces white discharge, clears skin and fatigue) Evening Routine: Triphala powder – ½ tsp with warm water before bedtime (Supports gut health, helps with clean bowels = better sleep) 🌸 For White Discharge: Apply vaginal wash made from: Boil neem leaves + turmeric in water → cool → use to gently wash private area Avoid cold foods, yogurt, and sugar during discharge episodes For Cough Relief: Boil: Tulsi leaves + Ginger + Black pepper + Mulethi (licorice) → Drink 2x/day for 7–10 days Diet Tips: Eat- Warm, home-cooked meals Garlic, ginger, ghee Mung dal khichdi, sabzi, rice Avoid - Excess wheat, maida, bakery foods Cold water, curd, cheese, and sugar Fried, heavy, stale food
