I am really struggling lately with negative thoughts, and it’s driving me a bit crazy. Like, I’ll be working or just trying to enjoy my time, and outta nowhere, these awful thoughts just crash in. For example, just the other day, I was having coffee with a friend, and instead of enjoying, I was spiraling about all the things I've failed at. I don’t even remember what triggered them! I know I should focus on the positive stuff but it’s like a filter in my brain that keeps letting in negativity. I've tried meditation, and sometimes it helps, but honestly... I can’t stick with it. Also, I read about this thing with Ayurvedic practices and was wondering how to remove negative thoughts from mind in a more holistic way.
