what is loban dhoop - #23731

I am really curious about this stuff called loban dhoop. My friend was raving about it the other day, saying it’s super good for stress relief and maybe even helps with breathing issues? I live in a really busy city, and honestly, I kinda feel choked some days, like from the smog and all the noise, ugh! Anyway, I tried some incense last week and thought it helped a lil, but then my friend mentioned loban dhoop, saying it’s way better than regular incense. What is loban dhoop, exactly? Can anyone tell me more about how it works? I found some online, but I’m not sure if it’s worth getting. Also, I read it even has some purifying effects, which sounds cool. Any insights on using loban dhoop for stress and if it really helps with air quality or not would be awesome. Facing some like constant headaches too. Does loban dhoop do anything about those? Thanks!
