I am really curious about shatavari and its effects. I’ve been reading a lot about it lately, especially since I’ve been dealing with some hormonal issues. Last month, I started feeling kinda off - mood swings, some fatigue, and I noticed my periods have been a bit irregular. A friend mentioned that shatavari could be helpful because, apparently, does shatavari increase estrogen? I thought maybe that’s what I needed to help balance things out.
