I am really curious about something and need some advice! Recently, I was reading about natural ways to boost testosterone levels, and I stumbled upon this claim saying that honey might be involved somehow? I mean, I'm not a huge fan of sweet stuff, but I’ve been dealing with some fatigue and low energy, and I thought maybe I could give honey a try. A friend mentioned that honey can help, wondering does honey increase testosterone? I did some blood tests last month and my testosterone levels came back kind of low, which honestly freaked me out a bit. I’ve been really focused on diet and exercise, but all the info online is just overwhelming. Plus, I heard that honey has some cool properties, like being good for stamina and overall health, right? Just unsure if it’s really worth adding more honey to my diet or if it’s just another myth. Anyone here had success with honey for increasing testosterone, or maybe has other suggestions? Any help would be really appreciated since I really want to feel better!

Ayurveda sees honey as a valuable substance with many supportive qualities, but it does not primarily promote it as a testosteron booster.

Honey is considered to have Rasayana properties in Ayurveda, meaning it can rejuvenate and support vitality. Its benefits are more indirectly linked to overall energy and strength. It can enhance the rate of absorption for some nutrients, provide quick energy, support digestion, and generally promote ‘ojas’ (vital energy), which can make one feel more robust and energetic.

Regarding testosterone, no strong evidence specifically ties daily honey consumption to increased testosteron levels. Its high natural sugar content makes it a good source of quick energy and while it does contain some minerals like boron—slightly linked to testosterone production—the amounts in honey are minimal.
