Severe hair fall can be distressing. In Ayurveda, it is seen as a reflection of overall health. A combination of Pitta and Vata imbalance often leads to hair issues, while acidity points to aggravated Pitta. It's essential to address these imbalances for effective results. Start with your diet; follow a Pitta-pacifying diet, which involves consuming cooling foods like cucumber, coconut water, and cilantro. Avoid spicy, oily, and fried foods which can aggravate Pitta. Drink plenty of water, and include herbal teas like mint or chamomile to help calm acidity and soothe the mind. Consider incorporating Triphala at night; it's a powerful detoxifying agent supporting digestion and eliminating waste. You can take it with warm water before bed. Bhringaraj powder, known for promoting hair health, can be taken internally mixed with honey or applied externally as a paste on the scalp. Practice pranayama and meditation daily for at least 15-20 minutes to relieve stress and balance the doshas. Brahmari and Nadi Shodhana Pranayama are particularly effective. They help alleviate headaches and improve overall mental calm. For topical care, massage the scalp with warm oils like Bhringraj or Amla oil. Do this gently to stimulate circulation without causing irritation. Leave it overnight if possible and wash with a mild herbal shampoo. Amla powder can also be used as a hair pack to strengthen hair follicles. Dark circles can indicate exhaustion or poor sleep, addressing stress and incorporating a consistent sleep routine is crucial. Apply almond oil lightly beneath the eyes to reduce dark circles; it's nourishing and soothing. While these recommendations can help, do consult with a healthcare provider if symptoms persist or worsen, especially given your homeopathic treatment. Balancing holistic and scientific methods can provide a more comprehensive healing approach.

When experiencing severe hair fall, focusing on the balance of your doshas is crucial. Hair fall can often be linked to aggravated pitta dosha, while your acidity points to digestive imbalances. Addressing these through Ayurvedic principles could help. Firstly, dietary adjustments could be instrumental. Avoid hot, spicy, and oily foods as they may increase pitta. Favorably, include more cooling and soothing foods like cucumber, mint, coriander leaves, and coconut water. These can help to pacify the pitta dosha and support your digestion. Incorporate Brahmi and Amla into your daily routine. You might take them as powders or oil formulations. A twice-a-week oil massage incorporating Brahmi and Amla can help nourish the scalp and hair roots. Always gently warm the oil before application. Your headache and dark circles may be connected to stress or lack of adequate rest. Prioritize consistent sleep patterns and include stress-relieving practices like yoga or meditation to soothe the mind. Additionally, it’s important to maintain your Agni, or digestive fire. Trikatu churna—a blend of ginger, black pepper, and long pepper—taken in small doses, can aid digestion. Take it with honey once every day. For immediate attention to nutritional support, you might integrate sesame seeds and nuts for essential fatty acids beneficial for hair health. Ensure plenty of hydration, but in sips and not in large volumes at once to not disturb digestive balance. As you're undergoing homeopathic treatment, discussing these additions with your healthcare provider is vital. Severe hair fall requiring further medical evaluation—consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized management.
