Ayurveda offers a holistic approach towards treating infertility, focusing on balancing the body, mind, and spirit, to enhance reproductive health. For issues like low motility and premature ejaculation on your husband’s side, Ayurveda would likely explore imbalances in the vata dosha which can affect reproductive health.

One significant avenue is through strengthening the shukra dhatu (reproductive tissue), enhancing both quality and quantity. For low sperm motility and premature ejaculation, herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari can be beneficial. Ashwagandha is known to boost vitality and improve semen quality. It might be taken in powdered form, mixed with warm milk, once or twice daily. Shatavari, rich in phytoestrogens, supports female reproductive health by nourishing and balancing the hormone levels. Try taking 1-2 teaspoons daily mixed in warm milk or water.

A regular Panchakarma detox may also be recommended to cleanse the body of toxins and renew vital energies. Techniques like Abhyanga (oil massage), Nasya (herbal nasal oil), and Basti (medicated enema) can help remove excess doshas and balance internal functions.

Dietary adjustments might involve consuming warm, cooked foods, avoiding processed and canned items. Emphasizing foods that nourish ojas (vital energy) like ghee, almonds, seeds, and fresh fruits may support reproductive health. Mental stress can negatively impact conception, therefore practices such as yoga, meditation, and pranayama are suggested to foster relaxation.

However, considering your age and previous medical treatments, it may be practical to continue with fertility treatments like IVF while integrating Ayurvedic methods as a complementary approach. Consulting with an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner and fertility specialist can provide a structured plan that aligns with your unique needs, maximizing your chances for conception.

Considering your journey through infertility treatments and your husband’s specific concerns with low motility and premature ejaculation, it’s understandable to explore all potentials Ayurvedic options. Ayurveda can lend support by working on balancing doshas, improving the dhatus, and enhancing the overall reproductive health. Here are some targeted suggestions based on Siddha-Ayurvedic principles that could aid in addressing these issues:

1. Dosha balance: Since Vata imbalance can often affect fertility, adapt a diet that warms and nourishes. That means favoring sweet, sour, and salty tastes, and steering clear from excessively dry, light, or cold foods. Regular meal timings and consuming freshly cooked warm meals can be beneficial too.

2. Herbal remedies: Specific herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari are traditionally known to support the reproductive tissue and boost vitality. Ashwagandha can help improve overall strength, while Shatavari is supportive for female reproductive health. Your husband might benefit from herbs like Gokshura and Safed Musli, which work on enhancing sperm quality and quantity.

3. Stress management: Stress can greatly affect both conception and sexual health. Techniques like yoga and Pranayama (breathing exercises) can foster calm and balance. Daily meditation might also be a valuable addition to your routine for increasing mindfulness and reducing stress.

4. Lifestyle adjustments: Ensure both you and your husband get adequate rest, probable vata pacifying massages, and avoid consuming overly processed or harsh foods. Avoidance of smoking and alcohol will support overall fertility.

5. Nasya treatment: An Ayurvedic Panchakarma practice that involves introducing herbal oils in the nose might be beneficial for balancing hormones and enhancing fertility. It’s crucial, though, to have this administered by a pratitioner familiar with your individual constitutions.

In terms of whether to pursue another IVF cycle, it is a decision that needs careful consideration in consultation with your fertility specialist, based on your specific health states and timelines. Ayurveda can provide supportive measures, but may require time to manifest benefits. It wouldn’t hurt to consider an integrative approach, but do prioritize safety and understanding from both the conventional and alternative perspectives.
