Addressing low AMH and thin endometrium in Ayurveda involves focusing on nourishing the body’s reproductive tissues (Shukra Dhatu), enhancing the quality of eggs and promoting healthy uterine lining. Begin by examining diet and lifestyle, ensuring they support your constitution and reproductive health. Emphasizing a diet rich in fresh, whole foods can significantly benefit fertility:

1. Ghee and Milk: Daily intake of ghee and warm milk improves reproductive health, nourishing Shukra Dhatu. Consume a cup of warm milk with a teaspoon of ghee in the evening.

2. Seeds & Nuts: Include flaxseeds, sesame seeds, and almonds. Their Omega-3 fatty acids help in hormonal balance and improve endometrial health. A tablespoon of soaked almonds daily can be beneficial.

3. Fertility Boosting Herbs: Ashwagandha and Shatavari are vital. Ashwagandha supports the body’s stress response, indirectly benefiting fertility, while Shatavari specifically enhances female reproductive health. Use 1 teaspoon of Shatavari powder with warm milk twice daily.

4. Ayurvedic Formulations: Consider taking a herbal preparation like “Phala Ghrita,” a medicated ghee enhancing fertility. Consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized dosage.

5. Stress Management: Regular practice of yoga and meditation can also improve fertility by reducing stress levels, contributing to hormonal balance.

6. Routine: Maintain a consistent daily routine, waking up and eating meals on time. This stabilizes the body’s rhythm, supporting reproductive health.

7. Avoid: Limit caffeine and processed foods that may negatively affect hormone balance.

While these steps align with Ayurvedic principles, consulting a healthcare provider is crucial, particularly given the chronic nature of the concern. Quick changes might not be forthcoming; consistent implementation over time generally yields benefits.

In Siddha-Ayurveda, fertility is intricately linked to overall balance and harmony of one’s body elements. Low AMH levels and thin endometrial lining may point towards an imbalance in vata dosha and weakened reproductive tissues, or Shukra dhatu. Here are a few targeted suggestions to address these challenges:

1. Diet and Lifestyle: Start with nourishing your reproductive tissue through a vata-pacifying diet. Include warming spices like ginger and cinnamon. Consume ghee, which is beneficial for tissue growth, particularly helping the Shukra dhatu. Decrease processed foods, excessive caffeine, and cold foods.

2. Herbal Formulations: Consider herbal supplements like Ashwagandha and Shatavari which support hormonal balance and enhance reproductive health. Shatavari is particularly supportive for uterine health. Use Swet Musli, known for its ability to strengthen reproductive tissue and improve fertility.

3. Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Regularly massage your body with warm sesame oil. It calms vata and can improve circulation, promoting a more nourishing environment for egg quality and endometrial thickness.

4. Basti (Enema Therapy): A herbal oil enema might be recommended in a comprehensive treatment plan, tailored by a trained practitioner. It’s known to rectify vata imbalance, which could impact reproductive health.

5. Stress Management: Aim to reduce stress through meditation, yoga, or pranayama. Stress can aggravate vata and disturb the subtle balance needed for reproductive functioning.

6. Consult a Practitioner: Given the complexity and duration of your condition, consulting with an Ayurvedic or Siddha practitioner who understands your unique constitution is invaluable. They’ll provide personalized advice, assess your dosha imbalance more thoroughly, and consider additional, specific therapies that might not be feasible to cover briefly here.

These steps should enhance the receptivity of your uterus and boost Shukra dhatu, but equally important is patience and persistence with these practices, as changes may take time to manifest. Any concerns about severe symptoms should be discussed with a medical professional or reproductive specialist to ensure you are not overlooking critical issues.
