I am really struggling with some health issues lately, and a friend suggested Sitaram Gulgulwasavam for help. I have been feeling super sluggish and have had these weird joint pains, like, mostly in my knees and elbows. Tried a bunch of stuff already, ibuprofen, greens, you name it, but nothing seemed to work. Last week, I went to this Ayurvedic clinic and they recommended Sitaram Gulgulwasavam, saying it might help with my inflammation and maybe even improve digestion? I’m a bit confused about how it works exactly! I thought maybe it'd help me lose some weight too since I’ve gained a few pounds and that is making my knees hurt more. Has anyone else used Sitaram Gulgulwasavam? What was your experience? Did you notice a difference in your joint pain or energy levels? Like, would it really help with both or is it more for one thing? I don’t wanna waste my time on something that might not work. Also, I keep hearing mixed things about side effects. Should I be worried about any negative reactions while taking it, especially since I'm already on some meds for my anxiety? Would love to hear from anyone who’s tried Sitaram Gulgulwasavam! Thanks!!
