I am dealing with some major stress issues lately, like, it’s really affecting my concentration and sleep. I’ve tried a bunch of different things, but honestly, nothing seems to work. A friend mentioned AVP Brahmi Thailam, saying it's great for calming the mind and improving focus. Sounds promising, right? I read that it’s indicated for stress and anxiety, which I totally relate to! My mind starts racing at night, and then boom, I can’t sleep. Ugh, it’s frustrating! I don’t even know if I’m using the right dosage or applying it the right way. I just massage a bit on my temples before bedtime but, not sure if I’m overdoing it or what. What do you all think?
