I am really confused right now. A few weeks ago, my friend recommended Sitaram Honey for my persistent cough and throat irritation. I tried it out, mixing it in warm water like she suggested. At first, I thought it was helping– like I felt some relief, ya know? But now, I’m not so sure. The cough isn't going away completely and sometimes feels worse after I drink it.
