I am struggling with some digestion issues and I’ve tried a lot of things, but nothing seems to help long-term. Just last week, while having dinner with friends, I suddenly felt bloated and uncomfortable. My stomach was making weird sounds, and I had to excuse myself a few times to the bathroom, kinda embarrassing, right?
