Gastric issues, Bloating, Incomplete Bowel movement, Constipation - #30942
Hello, Currently i'm suffering from Gastric and bloating issues. earlier, to ease the bowel movement, i used to drink 1 liter on empty stomach everyday to get free bowel movement. i had to increase the water intake to 1.25, 1.5 and 2L after few days to get the bowel movement. as my body adapted for 1 liter. because of 2L water consumption everyday, i used to loose all my electrolytes and used to feel weakness throughout the day. Now, i stopped consuming water on my empty stomach. i'm just taking a glass of water. but, it is resulting in no or incomplete bowel movment. gastric and bloating thoughout the day. chest pain because of gastric issues.went for ECG and 2D echo,but no other issues. even sometimes early morning right after wakeup, i feel acidity and bloating. this is really frustrating to have acitidy and bloating throughout the day. now, i stopped eating most of the itesms, because of this issue. how to heal this issue?

Avoid lying down just after meals. a 3-hour gap should be maintained blw the night meal and sleep. Walk for 5- 10 minutes after every meal, it will help in digestion.
Took 3/4 raisins, soak overnight - morning water. 1. Triphala choornam 1/2 tsp with water at night. Include more fibrous food in diet. 2. Patupanchakadi gulika (kottakkal) 1 at morning after food.
