I am really struggling with my digestion lately and feeling kinda lost about what to do next. I read somewhere about this Malabar Viratharadi Kashayam stuff and thought maybe it could help? I’ve tried all sorts of things, like changing my diet and even some over-the-counter stuff but it’s just not working like I hoped. Funny enough, my friend from Kerala recommended Malabar Viratharadi Kashayam, saying it’s great for digestion issues. But I feel like I don’t really get how to actually use it.
