I am kinda freaking out a bit, and I really need some help. A few months ago, I started feeling this weird digestive issues. Like, sometimes my stomach just feels like a balloon ready to pop. I thought it was just something I ate, but it kept happening. I tried changing my diet, more fiber, drinking water, you know the regular stuff. Then I went to a doctor, got some tests done, and they just gave me some antacids and told me to relax. But now I’ve got these persistent weird pains and bloating, and it’s driving me nuts! A friend of a friend mentioned Malabar Vilwadi Gulika and said it worked wonders for her digestive problems. I don’t really know much about Ayurvedic stuff, but I’m kinda willing to give anything a shot at this point. Has anyone here tried Malabar Vilwadi Gulika for similar issues? Did it help you? Also, how do you take it? I’re worried about mixing it with all the junk I already have in my system. Should I stick with it for like long time or what?
